We engaged Cinerari Contracting to replace a failing retaining wall at our home in Gisborne. Luke made a thorough inspection of the site and explained clearly what the process would involve before quoting. This gave us peace of mind not only that the job would be done properly without shortcuts, but there would also be no suprises with additional costs. The wall is close to our house and property boundary with tricky access. (A few other companies had given us very cheap quotes based on photos only).
Our job was scheduled for the new year and was expected to take 3 days. It was started and completed on time. We were updated each day with progress and could see the process which Luke had explained from the start.
